Dear Church Family,
I hope everyone has had a good weekend! I wish I could say I did, however I spent the weekend in the hospital. I will be working shorter hours this week and apologize if I don’t get everything done like normal. I appreciate all the prayers for me and my family as we go through this stressful time.
Announcements:
The Inbody Endowment offers scholarships for education beyond high school to people who attend St. Mark’s UMC. The scholarship can be used for colleges, technical training or other specialized training. You must already be accepted into these programs. Applications for the 2025-26 school year are now available at the church office. Applications are due by May 15th.

Joys and Praises:
Danni S. is back to work at our church office following her mini-stroke last week. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.
Kim Everingham celebrated her retirement last week.
Danni S. gives praise that her daughter Juliet was able to see a TMJ specialist and has been going to physical therapy and is her lock jaw is starting to feel better.
Prayer Concerns:
Kathleen Smedziuk asks for prayers for her cousin who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Pray for Heather Allen who was in the hospital last week experiencing chest pain. She is home but still experiencing headaches and fatigue.
Kim Everingham asks for prayers for “Moma Joy” who continues to struggle with cancer.
Alan Taylor requests prayers for Judy who has a kidney stone and is awaiting surgery.
Challenge for the week:
Don’t wish for more power or resources instead trust in the witness God has already put in you.
