Announcements:
Guiding council will meet April 27th immediately following the service. All are welcome.
The Inbody Endowment offers scholarships for education beyond high school to people who attend St. Mark’s Church. The scholarship can be used for colleges, technical training or other specialized training. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now available at the church office. Contact Kim Everingham or Karla Slovinski if you have any questions. Applications are due May 15th.
Road construction has on State Road 15 overpass has begun. Drive carefully on your way to church.
The United Methodist Church has camps for all ages of children and youth. If you are interested in these contact Danni in the church office.
Joys and Praises:
Becca Spaulding praises God that her nephew, Levi is healing from his shoulder surgery.
Heather Allen rejoices that she was able to have her children with her in church on Easter.
Aimee Brinson praises God for the good memories that her her father created in celebrating Easter.
Kim Everingham praises God that Skylar received a prosthetic leg and is not in any pain.
Angie Altenhof rejoices that she was able to spend time with her family celebrating Easter.
Barb Ogle rejoices that a baby girl was born into her side of her family.
Doris Rassi praises God for her family and Jesus.
Ronda Mills praises God Abby is in church today with her and that Monday is Becca’s birthday.
Prayer Concerns:
Pray for Carla and family on the sudden death of Pat on Thursday evening. There will be visitation at Reith, Rohrer and Ehret Funeral Home on Thursday April 24th from 4-8pm. Pastor Tony will conduct the funeral on Friday, April 25th at 10 am at the funeral home. There is visitation one our before the funeral also.
Karla Slovinski asks for prayers for her father Don Pollock who had skin cancer surgery last week. She also asks for prayers for a 12 year old who is hospitalized after trying to take her life.
Heather Allen asks for prayers for the family of a friend of her daughter Emily. This young woman was killed in a car accident. Also, pray for people struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Kim Everingham asks for prayers for her friend Ashley who has cancer.
Angie Altenhof requests prayer for her friend Christie who has breast cancer.
