Dear Church Family,

I pray everyone had a good weekend! We had my husbands Christmas work party on Thursday, Friday we went to see our grandson, Ayden receive his Jr. Black belt in taekwondo! Saturday we had another Christmas party! Busy times but I love getting to see family and friends for the holidays!

Announcements:

Everyone is welcome to attend the Christmas Eve Service at 6:30pm on December 24th.

First Feasts will be held on January 5th. A meal of Beef and noodles will be served in Albertson Hall following the worship service. A sign-up sheet for bringing food will be circulated during the worship serves. If you are not able to bring food, you are still welcome to attend.

Praises and Joys:

Grant and his wife (Britt) are celebrating five years of marriage! Grant praises God for second chances.

Heather D. Allen is celebrating 18 months of sobriety!

Floyd LeMaster shares a Merry Christmas from Florida via the YouTube broadcast of our worship service!

Happy 17th wedding anniversary to Kathy and Nick Smedziuk!

Sylvia thanks everyone for their prayers for her father, his health is improving.

Prayer Concerns:

Angie Altenholf asks for prayers for her brother Chris who has been drinking heavily since the death of his wife.

Angelica Ditmars shares an unspoken prayer request and asks for prayers for people with mental health issues and those grieving the loss of loved ones.

Luke requests prayers for people who are homeless during the cold weather and for people to spread joy during Advent.

Ronda Mills asks for prayers for her daughter who is moving home from residential care.

Keon requests prayers for his wife and daughter and those in Work Release and jail.

Pray for people who are caught in active addictions.

Nick requests prayers for the conflicts in the Middle East.

John requests prayers for Mike Wiseman whose son recently died from an overdose.

Pray for Jackson Green who has awakened from a coma and is being moved to a Chicago hospital for care.

Heather D. Allen asks for prayers for Rick Steven’s brother who had a heart attack and is in the hospital. Pray for Heather’s Dad who is in prison. Pray for Heather’s oldest daughter Chloe who has injured her ankle and is leaving the army.
